POLYMER PREPARATION UNIT
The polymer preparation units of the Pmix series are specially designed to provide effective solutions to customers' needs in the 'Water Treatment' sector and offer a complete range in polymer production and dosing systems. The preparation unit is designed to automatically prepare polymer solutions used in the ultimate removal of suspended particles in the water treatment processes of industries, from swimming pool maintenance to the various stages of wastewater treatment. The Pmix series can use polyelectrolytes either in powder or liquid form mixed with water. The polyelectrolyte powder is dosed from the hopper using a worm feeder proportional to the water loaded in the tank. This particular feature allows the quantity of powder used to be carefully controlled, optimising the process and reducing consumption. Thanks to gravity, the prepared mixture falls into the first preparation chamber and then passes through the siphons into the dosing chamber. These chambers are equipped with agitators, which may also be present in the dosing chambers. The volume of the deposits and the continuous action of the agitators ensure that a homogeneous mixture is obtained within the maturation time. The electric control panel ensures total automation of the system, guaranteeing correct preparation and dosing.

The PMix 800 system is a 3-chamber continuous flow system used to dose flocculant for the preparation of polymer solutions and is equipped with a storage chamber divided into 3 chambers.
